Scapes (short for Land And Scapes, our initial brand) offers tourist tours in Portugal.
Tailored to each client, we have a special vocation to show the entire region that comprises our tourist triangle tourist par excellence: Lisbon/Sintra/Cascais.
You can choose to do them all togheter, in a single tour, or, each of these magnificent places in more detail and separately, you also have the option of taking the tour in a quiet and comfortable way or with challenging walks and a lot of adventure.
But we also expand horizons through the so-called West Zone – Ericeira, Óbidos, Peniche, Nazaré, Alcobaça, Tomar – or towards Serra da Arrábida, on the south bank of the Tagus (and may also include Azeitão, Setubal and Sesimbra).
And if your interest is different, we will get to know all of Portugal.

Scapes carries out tours in Portugal in the tourist triangle par excellence, comprising Lisbon, Sintra and Cascais.

Show you the palaces and all the other known monuments, viewpoints, parks, gardens and nature in general is our mission, which we carry out with you, with all the comfort but also with adventure and action, if that is your wish. We provide everything necessary for you to spend a very special day.
THE SPECIAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SCAPES AND SINTRA
Showing Sintra to those who visit us has become our main specialty.
Living in Sintra and taking many walks over the years, on foot and by bicycle, to discover everything there was to know and later to start organizing walks for friends, gave us, without realizing it at first, a large desire, but also the necessary experience, to make Sintra known to others and end up embarking on this way of life full time.
As our customer you can choose for a more traditional tour around the most popular spots; or you can choose to discover the small villages and their local life. And, of course, you can choose a mix of both.
Besides discovering Sintra, a World Heritage Site, we also offer the possibility of finding the ‘hidden’ places, through tailor-made walks.
In other words, besides a normal driven tour, you have a chance to enjoy a healthy and beautiful walk in Sintra’s spectacular and lush nature.
Regarding the walks, you may choose from a very light to a more strenuous and physically demanding walk, enjoying a variety of landscapes from green trails through dense woods to an open landscape with beaches and the sea on the horizon.
Along the way, stops are planned in simple “cafés”, taverns or in the best restaurants in the region, according to the preference of customers.
The aim of Scapes is also to offer a cultural aspect with an emphasis on local history.

WEST ZONE, ARRÁBIDA AND SOUTH BANK
Scapes also caries out visits:
- In the West Zone, including Mafra, Peniche, Nazaré, Óbidos, Alcobaça, Batalha, Tomar, Fatima, Ericeira, Berlengas.
- On the south bank of the River Tejo, with main incidence in Serra da Arrábida, including its beaches along the Coast, and Azeitão. Can also include Setubal, Sesimbra, Palmela and Cabo Espichel.
